Decent Commentary With a Little Dry Humor

For those D&F readers out there that spend countless hours each day in front of a computer - either by choice or because it's a primary function of your job - here's a website that offers good commentary on various world topics with some dry-wit thrown in for good measure.

Of particular note, Mr. Steyn lays into former New Mexico governor Bill Richardson for his idiotic comments following the assassination of Benazir Bhutto.

"Her death, and the deaths of so many of her supporters, is more than just a tragedy. It is a testament to the will of the Pakistani people to see democracy restored."

Um, so is Governor Bill saying that assassination and suicide bombings are acceptable tactics to further the spread of democracy? I'm guessing that Governor Bill simply misspoke and didn't form his sentence correctly. He then goes onto bring the Bush administration into the argument, which is how every Democratic Presidential candidate ends every thought that goes through their heads - 'Hey, I think I'll have some pizza tonight, and I'm sure the pizza costs more than it would if I were in office due to the Bush Administrations reckless economic policy that only benefits the rich.' Huh?

Nonetheless, Mr. Steyn brings up some good points. Read some of the articles if you have time, or just continue to surf YouTube for the next 'Chocolate Rain' video.
