This clip is from the television show High Stakes Poker which airs on the Gameshow network Monday nights. It differs from a lot of the other television shows that air poker because High Stakes Poker is a cash game rather then a tournament. The difference is that in a cash game people come in with any amount of money and all money wagered has an actual cash value. High Stakes Poker televises a cash game where poker professionals come in and play for at least $100,000 of their own money, must be nice. This video shows one of the biggest poker hands ever televised. Almost $600,000 changes hand and the loser, Daniel Negreanu, loses almost $300,000 in a matter of minutes. For the most part he takes it pretty well. I usually get upset if I lose $5 playing poker with the guys, I can't imagine losing $300,000.
